Between 2012 and 2018 I was repeatedly called to the board to assist with a few key creative/strategic challenges. How to communicate complex information to thousands of employees within a few minutes?

Many of the strategies were top-level. They would transform major policies in transportation, customer service, safety, and complex logistics. It was my role to discuss the absolute latest innovations with C-Suite members, and enable the information to spread to all employees, and catalyze growth within the company. My works have touched employees from all sectors within the company.
